Hey -
I came to the Norwegian fish class on Saturday morning and I have got to say it was absolutely brilliant. I felt like our chef Tony gave genuinely honest advice, answered all of my questions and walked my through how to use them and what was the best out there in the market today. I left with quite a few of his recommended products! It turned out to be great advice because I love my new ceramic knife and I'm sure I'll be back for more of your products.
